드래곤 케이브 - 드래곤 설명

첫째 - 화이트 드래곤 실비아드(Silviad).


둘째 - 민트 드래곤 민타리온(Mintarion).


셋째 - 퍼플 드래곤 아메티아(Ametia).


넷째 - 레드 드래곤. 이름은 아직 없음.


다섯째 - 마기 드래곤.

그래서 설명을 검색하던 중 정리를 잘 하신 분의 글이 보여 트랙백했습니다.

[Gold dragon] 황룡

This egg is very reflective, almost metallic looking.

이 알은 아주 밝게 빛나네요. 금속같기도 하군요.

Aww...It's a cute baby dragon. Like the egg it hatched from, it is a very shiny gold.

오호, 귀여운 아기 드래곤이네요. 아주 반짝이는 금이예요.

And look! It's grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.

보세요! 날개가 자랐네요! 거의다 성장했어요.

Gold dragons are the ones most often killed by humans, who consider their scales to be extremely valuable. These golden scales grant them a high level of protection, similar to armor, and they use this to their advantage in battle.

 

골드드래곤들은, 그들이 가진 값비싼 비늘에 욕심내는 인간들에 의해 잘 살해되는 종중에 하나예요. 이 황금비늘은 갑옷과 같이 높은 방어력을 자랑한답니다. 그리고 골드 드래곤들은 전투시에 이것을 아주 유용하게 쓰지요.

Silver dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains, and like most female dragons, eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans and animals alike. (Right : Male, Left: Female)

실버 드래곤들은 가장 아름다운 종으로 여겨지는 종중의 하나예요. 그들은 주로 산꼭대기와같은 높은곳에서 서식한답니다. 그리고 거의 모든 암컷 실버드래곤들은 수컷이 가져다주는 먹이만 먹는다고 알려져있어요.  그들이 있는 모든곳에는 그들의 마력으로 밝게 빛난답니다. 사람들의 경외심을 이끌어내기도 하는 존재지요. (좌측이 암컷, 우측이 수컷)


[White dragon] 백룡


This egg has a very clean look. It's completely devoid of dirt and scratches.

이 알은 아주 깨끗해보이는군요. 어느 흠집하나, 먼지하나 보이지 않아요.

Aww...It's a cute baby dragon. It has bright blue eyes, and is as clumsy as any other hatchling, but it never seems to get injured.

오호, 귀여운 아기 드래곤이예요. 푸르게 빛나는 눈을 가지고 있어요. 다른 여타 해츨링(아기 드래곤)과는 다르게 상처가 나질 않네요.

And look! It's grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.

White dragons are pacifists, and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can't bring back the dead. They only eat plants, and never kill living things.

 

화이트 드래곤들은 평화주의자녜요. 그리고 치유에 탁월한 능력이 있답니다. 딱한가지, 죽은 생명을 되살릴수는 없어요. 그들은 채식만 하는데다, 살아있는 것들은 절대 죽이지 않는답니다.

이 알은 녹색기운이 어스름하게 돌고있네요.

Aww...It's a cute baby dragon. Its eyes glow brightly at night, and it enjoys attacking insects and small animals.

오호, 귀여운 아기 드래곤이예요. 그 눈동자는 밤에 밝게  빛이나지요. 그리고 작은 동물과 벌레들을 사냥하길 좋아하네요.

Black dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

 

블랙 드래곤들은 전사입니다. 그들은 강인하고, 전투에 타고난 종입니다. 뿐만아니라 마법도 충분히 사용한답니다. 마법으로 상대를 압도하는 능력도 탁월하지요. 그들의 빛나는 두 눈동자는, 야간에 있을 사냥에 큰 도움이되는 존재랍니다. (좌: 기본형, 우: 진화형)

This egg is sitting in a patch of grass and small flowers even though there's no sun in the cave.

이 알은 햇빛한점 없는 동굴인데도, 잔디와 꽃위에 놓여있네요.


Aww...It's a cute baby dragon...except for the tangle of dangerous-looking vines surrounding it...

오호, 귀여운 아기드래곤이예요...근데 위험해보이는 줄기들을 휘감고 있네요..


Now there are even more vines. Perhaps something is happening?

더 많은 줄기들이 생겼어요. 무슨일이 생기려나요?

Dark green dragons, once they mature, appear to become an entirely different species. However, this isn't true. Rather, they burrow underground and get nutrients from their vines. These vines are sometimes referred to as Dragon Grass. They are very violent, and will use these vines to capture, kill, and eat anything it sees that moves, as well as nearby plants. Luckily, its range is limited, and it can't use magic. Also, they tend to be easy to spot since they usually kill all plants around them and thus will be surrounded by a large clearing.

[Green/Earth dragon] 지룡

This egg is sitting in a pile of small pebbles.

이 알은 작은 조약돌무더기에 놓여있네요.

오호, 귀여운 아기 드래곤이예요. 이녀석은 돌멩이를 보으고, 또 그걸 쌓아놓는걸 좋아하네요.

Green dragons are also sometimes called "earth" dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down into the ground.

그린 드래곤들은 얼스(대지) 드래곤이라고도 불리운답니다. 그들은 보통 동굴 깊은곳에서 서식해요. 그리고 대지를 지배하지요. 그들은 빠르게 바위들을 움직이는 능력이 탁월한데, 때론 그것이 지진의 원인이 되기도 합니다.

This egg is sitting in a shallow puddle.

이 알은 작은 웅덩이 한가운데에 있네요.


Aww...It's a cute baby dragon. It enjoys swimming at a nearby pond.

오호, 귀여운 아기 드래곤 이예요. 이 아이는 가까운 웅덩이에서 수영하기를 좋아하네요.

Its fins and tail have gotten bigger, and you've moved it to a larger body of water to swim in.

지느러미와 꼬리가 더 커졌어요. 수영하기 좋게 더 큰곳으로 옮겨주었어요.

When a water dragon matures, it loses almost all use of its legs as well as its ability to survive on land and enters the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They usually stay in the same lake their entire life, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.
성룡이 된 워터드래곤은 육지에서의 다리의 기능을 거의 잃어버려요. 그리고 물속에만 들어가있게 되지요. 그들은 수영하기에 최적화 되어있어요. 호숫가에 사는 물고기들을 잡아먹고 산답니다. 대부분 같은곳에서 한평생을 보냅니다. 소수만이 바다에서 서식하거나 세계 이곳저곳을 헤엄쳐다니지요.

이 알은 조금 따뜻하네요.

Aww...It's a cute baby dragon. It occasionally shoots small puffs of smoke from its nose, like it's trying to breath fire.

오호, 귀여운 아기 드래곤이예요. 이 아이는 가끔 콧구멍에서 연기를 뿜네요. 불을 뿜어볼려는듯이.

Red dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren't evil creatures as depicted in myths, and won't go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

레드 드래곤들은 보통 우리가 접하는 이야기에서 묘사되는 드래곤과 비슷해요. 그들은 불을 내뿜고, 날기도 하지요. 그렇지만 그들은 신화속에서 묘사되는것처럼 악한 존재들이 아니예요. 성에 무단침입한다던가, 기사들을 죽인다던가, 공주를 납치하는 일따위 하지않아요. 그들은 숲에서부터 해안가, 버려진성에 이르기까지 다양한 환경에서 서식합니다. 보통 따뜻한 곳에서 말이지요. 그리고 살아있는 생물들을 잡아먹는답니다.

이 알은 주홍빛 오오라를 감돌게 하고있어요.

오호, 귀여운 아기 드래곤이예요. 근데, 눈가에 잇는건 무엇일까요?

Magi dragons are, as their names suggest, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is generally everything. They won't kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

마기 드래곤들은 그 이름에서부터 알수 있듯이 마법을 주로 사용하는 종이랍니다. 아주 드물게 물리공격을 사용하기도 하지만요. 그들은 그들이 죽일수 있는것이라면 다 죽여버립니다. 뭐, 전부란 이야기겠지요. 사냥때를 제외하고는, 자극하지 않는것은 죽이지 않습니다. 그들의 강한 마법덕분에 마기드래곤은 가장 공포스런 드래곤들중 하나로 여겨지지요.

 

 

[Guardian dragon] 수호룡


This egg is sitting in front of the others.

이 알은 다른이들의 앞에 있습니다.

Aww...It's a cute baby dragon. It has a large, shield-like object at the end of its tail that it uses for protection.

 

오호, 귀여운 아기 드래곤이네요. 이 아이는 방어를 위한 실드를 꼬리끝에 달고 있네요.


And look! It's grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.

보세요!날개가 자랐어요! 곧있으면 다 크겠군요.

Guardian dragons have a large shield on the end of their tails. Although it appears to be heavy, it is light, yet nearly unbreakable. Guardian dragons use their tail-shields, as well as their wings, to deflect attacks and protect others. Often, they will guard the eggs and hatchlings of a nest while others are away. They are generally peaceful, and will not retaliate unless necessary. They have no need to forage or hunt, as they are fed by those they protect.

가디언 드래곤들은 그들의 꼬리끝에 아주 커다란 방패를 지니고 있어요. 무거워 보이지만, 가볍답니다. 하지만 부러지지 않아요. 가디언 드래곤들은 날개만큼이나, 그 꼬리를 공격을 막거나 다른이를 지킬때 잘 사용한답니다.  빈 둥지에 있는 알과 해츨링들을 보호해주기도 해요. 그들은 보통 조용하고 차분하며 꼭 필요하지 않은한은 복수하지 않습니다. 그들은 그들이 지켜주는 존재들에게 먹이를 받는 만큼, 약탈하거나 사냥할 필요가 없습니다.

Aww...It's a cute baby dragon. Ever since it hatched, the sky has been full of very dark clouds.

오호, 귀여운 아기 드래곤이예요. 태어날때, 하늘이 먹구름으로 가득찼었지요.

And look! It's grown its wings! It must be close to maturing. It's learned to use its new wings very fast, and now you have a hard time keeping it on the ground.

보세요! 날개가 자랐어요! 곧 다 크겠네요. 날개를 쓰는법을 아주 금방 터득했어요. 덕분에, 땅에 내려놓기가 어려워졌군요.


Gray dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers, and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

 

그레이 드래곤들은 하늘의 제왕입니다. 그들은 훌륭한 비행사예요. 휴식하고싶을때나 먹을때만 땅에 내려온답니다. 그들은 날씨를 맘대로 컨트롤 할수 있어요. 거기다 엄청난 다혈질이랍니다.  그들을 언짢게 하면 아무나 공격할거예요. 강한바람과 무서운 벼락으로.

 

 

[Skywing dragon] 비룡

This egg has strange markings on it.

이 알에는 이상한 무늬가 그려져 있네요.


Aww...It's a cute baby dragon. Unlike the other hatchlings, this one hatched with wings.

오호, 귀여운 아기 드래곤이예요. 다른 해츨링들과는 다르게 날개로 깨고 나왔군요.

And look! Its back legs have become a second set of wings! It must be close to maturing.
보세요! 뒷다리가 날개로 변했어요! 곧 다 크겠군요.

Skywing dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are one of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

 

스카이윙 드래곤들은 일생의 대부분을 비행하는데 씁니다. 사냥도 하늘위에서 하는데다, 드높은곳에서 다이빙을 하고 쉬고싶을때만 땅으로 내려옵니다. 그들은 가장 빠른 비행능력을 지닌 종중에 하나랍니다. 엄청난 속도를 자랑하지요. 꼬리지느러미가 비행중 쉽게 방향을 조절하는 역할을 합니다.


[Stone dragon] 석룡


This egg is heavy and rough, as if it were made out of rock.

이 알은 무겁고 거칠군요. 돌로 만든것 마냥.

Aww...It's a cute baby dragon. It stays inanimate most of the time except the occasional flicker of movement, and when it eats.
오호, 귀여운 아기 드래곤이예요. 아주 미세한 움직임이나 먹을때를 제외하곤 무생물처럼 가만히 있군요.

Stone dragons have a tough outer covering made of a stone-like material. They eat rocks, using the minerals they contain for nourishment and to keep up their stone outer shell. They rarely move, and are the heaviest of all types of dragons. Although they have wings, indicating flight ability, no one has ever seen a stone dragon flying.

스톤 드래곤들은 돌같이 아주 거친 표면으로 뒤덮혀 있어요. 그들은 돌을 먹고, 영양분을 그들의 돌같은 표면을 유지하기위해 사용해요. 그들은 아주 드물게 움직이는데다 모든 드래곤들중에 가장 무거운 종이랍니다. 날수 있을것같은 날개를 가지고 있어도, 스톤 드래곤이 나는걸 본 사람은 아무도 없다네요.

Mint colored dragons are the most peaceful of all dragons; They eat only plants unless they scavenge meat from an already dead animal. They also have no ways to attack others or defend themselves. They are much smaller than other forms of dragons, since they only double in size when they mature. They cannot use any forms of magic, and cannot fly since they don't have any wings. Their looks have given rise to the common insult of calling dragons "large lizards."

 

민트 컬러드 드래곤들은 모든 드래곤들중 가장 순한 종이예요. 그들은 죽은 동물을 치울때 빼곤 식물을 먹지요. 게다가 그들은 스스로 방어하더나 공격할 수단이 아무것도 없어요. 성체가 되서 몸집이 두배가 되어도 다른 드래곤들에 비해 엄청나게 작답니다. 그 어떤 마법도 쓸수없고, 날개가 없어서 날수도 없지요. 큰 도마뱀 정도로만 보일때가 많습니다.

핑크 드래곤들은 암컷만 태어나는 종이랍니다. 그들은 보통 채식을하고 짝짓기 시기가되면 그들의 상대가 가져다준 고기를 섭취하지요. 그들의 밝은 색상은 짝짓기 시기에 눈에 띄게 쉽게 만듭니다.

Its color appears to have changed, and it is now one solid color!

색깔이 바뀌어가다가 한가지 색으로 변했네요!

Two headed dragons are a special breed of dragons. They have two necks, two brains, two mouths, but one stomach and one main body. The two heads work usually together, but there are times when they will fight each other, attacking back and forth. They use their sharp teeth and wings to hunt large animals, and rarely eat plants. It is unknown what would happen if a two headed dragon were to mate with a one headed dragon, since it has never occurred. They only mate within their breed.

Finally, after much feeding, your baby has grown into a full Dino! Dinos can eat almost anything, including things with spikes. In order to do so, they must have very tough stomachs. Yellow Dinos have very long necks, which they use to reach and eat food located high off the ground.

This egg is tiny and made out of several pieces of paper folded together.

It is made out of paper, and is so small and light, you can hold it on one finger.

종이로 만들어져서인지 아주작고 가벼워요. 손가락 하나만으로도 잡을수 있겠네요.

The paper has rerranged itself to form little wings which it uses to glide around.

종이가 날라다닐 날개로 변했어요.

Paper dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding. Paper dragons cannot breed, and are very susceptible to fire.

페이퍼드래곤들은 사실 살아있는 생명체가 아니예요. 종잇조각들이 마법의 힘에 의해 형태를 유지하고 있는 거랍니다. 하지만 그들은 거의 드래곤같이 행동해요. 오직하나 다른점은 교미예요. 페이퍼 드래곤들은 아이를 낳을수 없답니다. 그리고 불에 엄청 약해요.

Christmas dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the 'Spirits of Christmas.'

Seasonal dragons take on the characteristics of the season they are born in. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of Spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in Autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during Winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.

시즈널 드래곤들은 그들이 태어난 계절의 특성을 가지고 태어납니다. 그렇기 때문에 봄에는 분홍색 꽃과 초록의 꽃봉오리들이, 여름엔 밝은 초록의 숲과 태양을, 가을에는 빛나는 색들의 낙엽들을, 그리고 겨울에는 눈으로 가득 채웁니다.

Vampire dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only "alive" at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with its fangs and injecting a venom that kills the baby inside.

This breed of dragons results from an egg or hatchling that has been neglected. They are usually rebellious, not obeying their masters, sometimes even attacking them. However, their neglect as a hatchling leaves them crippled, and they are weak compared to other breeds, causing them to stay with their masters for protection.

이 드래곤들은 방치된 알이나 해츨링때의 결과입니다. 그들은 보통 반항적이고 주인을 따르지 않습니다. 가끔은 공격도 하지요. 그렇지만 다른종들과 구별되는 그들의 신체적 결함들때문에 주인의 보호아래 있습니다.

It's an undead baby dragon, produced by casting a spell on a dead dragon.

이 작은 언데드 드래곤은 데드 드래곤의 마법으로 자라고 있네요.

It probably would be cute if it wasn't partially decayed. And look! It somehow managed to grow wings despite being dead.

이렇게 부분부분 부패하지 않았다면 아마도 귀여웠을텐데. 보세요! 죽었지만 나름대로 날개를 키우고 있어요.

Attempting to revive a dead dragon results in this hellish creature. It's extremely dangerous, as its aim is to kill all living creatures. Perhaps experimenting on your dead dragon with magic wasn't such a good idea.
죽은 드래곤을 살리려던 결과가 이건 끔찍한 생명체를 만들어 냈습니다. 굉장히 위험합니다. 이들의 목적은 살아있는 모든것을 죽이는 거예요.  아마 마법으로 죽은 당신의 드래곤을 살리려는 행위는 좋은 생각이라 들지않는군요.
